Every year in every Chinese household lots of dumplings are preapared before the Spring Festival dinner. Our au pair and her Chinese sister and brother are taught by grandma how to make dumplings. They learn it step by step patiently. They have lots of fun and they cannot wait to see the results of their hard work. After 2 hours they can finally enjoy the delicious duplings.
