Dinner time!

Dragon Education susi

Au pairs in China have an incredible chance to become a member of Chinese family and to be involved in everyday life of their host family. They have the opportunity to get to know the habits and traditions of Chinese. Our au pair from Poland, Dominika, is having dinner with her Chinese family. There is a lot of traditional Chinese food such as baozi (steamed stuffed buns), Chinese cabbage with other ingredients and so on. Firstly, the whole family went together to the market to buy the necessary ingredients, then they prepared the dishes together. Dominika’s host parents were glad to show her how to prepare these meals. Then Dominika and her Chinese brother, Kevin, prepared the table. Now they can finally have this delicious dinner! Dominika has not got used to the chopsticks yet, so her host brother is teaching her how to use them properly. What a happy life an au pair has!
