Cooking Polish dish

Dragon Education susi

Dragon Education’s au pair from Poland, Kasia, promised her little Chinese brother to make some Polish food for him. He wanted to try some traditional food coming from his foreign sister’s country. Firstly, they both prepared the necessary ingredients such as tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, aubergines, some meat and seasonings. Then, they washed all the ingredients, cut them properly and put them to the pot. Then Kasia was looking after the dish, she added some seasonings and after an hour a traditional Polish dish was ready for the whole host family. Everyone enjoyed the dish very much. That is what cultural exchange really means. It is not only about language exchange but also about eating, living and everyday habits exchange. It is so much fun to have a foreign brother or sister at home!
